    I have just finished the first week of this program and I love it. I have done P90x, Insanity and Tapout XT and they are all good programs time was my issue. When you have two active boys, work, baseball, soccer and swimming practice you really don’t have time for an hour workout. T25 is a great workout, sweat alot and you do it as hard as you want to work. I like how it has a modified version for people that are older (mother-in law), she is able to do the this with us and its only 25 min. If you are a busy bee and you are looking a full body workout this is it, if you are looking to get bulk..this is not your workout.

    I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. A great program and restricted to a time frame that can work with even a busy schedule. It is not hard to find 25 minutes 5 days a week. You really have to make the commitment to yourself to focus and give your all. The time goes pretty quick. Some workouts are definitely more taxing than others, but if you stick with the program, you will see results.
